O’Connors advises Jackson Canter on Cope & Co acquisition

Jackson Canter Group, one of the region’s fastest growing law firms, has acquired Cope & Co, a boutique commercial law firm with offices in Manchester and Liverpool.

The acquisition further enhances the Group’s expansion strategy announced earlier this year which will include both organic growth of its Liverpool and Manchester offices as well as the acquisition of firms whose culture and ethos is closely aligned to its own.

The acquisition of Cope & Co enhances the Group’s presence in the Commercial sector. Paul Cope will be working for QualitySolicitors Jackson Canter on a consultancy basis providing a seamless transition for Cope & Co’s clients.
