Mark is a commercial lawyer, assisting clients on a variety of business transactions, projects, and tech solutions.
Mark has a wealth of experience with contract drafting, negotiation and template creation, with a background in the banking, pharmaceutical, publishing, and public sectors. Working with start-ups through to multi-nationals, he provides support on the implementation of tech solutions, intellectual property issues, data protection, and information security.
Mark joined us from a global professional services partnership, where he focused on commercial contracting solutions for FTSE 100 companies.
